The hit-man Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) wakes up in is flat with a deathly poison in is blood that the criminal Ricky Verona (Jose Pablo Cantillo) injected him. The poison makes him die, if he stands still. Therefore his friend and doctor Miles (Dwight Yoakam) advised him to keep the adrenalin level in his body high. Chev Chelios wants to find his ,,murderer´´ to kill him. After many contentions Ricky Verona and Chev Chelios are in a helicopter. They falling out of the helicopter and Chev kills Verona during the fall. After a final call to his girlfriend Eve Lydon (Amy Smart) he crashes on the street and is dead...

The film Crank is a successful combination of fascinating action and funny comedy! The plot is sometimes unrealistic but still this is a great movie for a nice evening with friend to chill out and relax without overburden your brain ;) Special about Crank is the camera! The camera is not fixed, sometimes it wiggles around, if you have a very fast scene. Crank achieved in our ranking 7-8 points. It is a funny movie but not for people who want to look a challenging film.
